Terms and Conditions – AIMS (Advanced Institutional Management System)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIMS, provided by UNAZ Services Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

AIMS provides a digital platform for the management of educational institutions, including but not limited to:

• Student and staff data management

• Fee collection and finance tracking

• Academic planning and timetable generation

• Online learning tools, communications, and reporting

• Website, HR, and branch management

UNAZ reserves the right to update or modify these services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users (administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents) are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

• Maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Using the system in compliance with institutional policies and applicable laws.

Unauthorized access or misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Data Privacy and Security

AIMS is designed with high standards of data encryption, security, and backup procedures. We do not share or sell institutional data with third parties without explicit consent.

Data storage includes:

• Encrypted cloud servers

• Daily automatic backups (server and optional local backup)

• Secure login and user role-based access

5. Customization and Support

AIMS is a customizable platform. Any requested modifications or integrations are subject to feasibility and potential additional charges.

Support includes:

• Training sessions for staff and admins

• Ongoing technical support during working hours

• Updates and maintenance as per the service plan

6. Billing and Subscription

Use of AIMS is subject to the selected subscription package. Payment terms include:

• Monthly/Annual billing cycle

• Applicable taxes and charges

• Late payments may result in temporary service suspension

For custom features, an additional development cost may apply, which will be discussed and approved in advance.

7. License and Intellectual Property

All content, source code, features, and system design of AIMS are the intellectual property of UNAZ Services Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as per your subscription.

Any unauthorized replication, resale, or redistribution of the platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNAZ Services Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss from use or inability to use AIMS

• Data loss due to user negligence or external breaches

• Interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp)

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime and resolve critical issues within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Termination of Services

AIMS usage can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination:

• All data will be returned/exported to the client if requested within 15 days

• After 30 days, all data may be deleted from our servers permanently

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Country/Region]. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the local jurisdiction.
